Maja Poljanc

Maja Poljanc is an illustrator whose work often draws on scientific illustration and brings in ornaments from Slovenian cultural heritage. In 2018 she completed her master's degree in visual communications at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana. Her illustrations appear in Pesem muce potovke (Svetlana Makarovič), in the textbook Koža in kožne bolezni, in the magazine Razpotja and elsewhere. Her work has been exhibited at Dobra Vaga, Kino Šiška, Vodnik Homestead and Galerija Jakopič, among others.
